No Surprises Act

Transparency is a good thing.

This Act is meant to protect you from surprise medical bills. You have a right to, and will receive, a Good Faith Estimate from Inclusive Health Psychology that shows the costs of services prior to your receiving treatment. The estimate is based on client needs and the treatment decisions made by you and your provider at that time. The estimate is non-binding and your actual costs may vary based on changes to client needs or treatment decisions made by you and your therapist.

If you believe you’ve been wrongly billed, you may contact the federally run No Surprises Help Desk at 1-800-985-3059 from 8 am to 8 pm EST, 7 days a week, to submit your question or a complaint. Or, you can submit a complaint online.

Visit the CMS site for more information about your rights under federal law.
